Charles Christie, founder of Christie & Associates, has more than 20 years of management experience in the health care industry. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Psychology and has Post Graduate Business Training from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

After serving in multiple capacities in the sales force of both a large and small pharmaceutical company, he joined a “start up” company and developed the sales organization from an early entrepreneurial to a more mature stage prior to being bought out for approximately one billion dollars.

Since 1983 Christie & Associates has trained thousands of managers and sales executives representing the biotech, endo-surgery, nuclear medicine, wholesale, home health and pharmaceutical business. Charles Christie has served in the non-profit educational sector as Board member, Chairman and currently CEO of Project SOS (Strengthening Our Students), an Abstinence Education organization. Charles is an advocate of teaching teens abstinence before marriage as the primary focus of sexual education.

Frieda Saraga, is the Director of Health Education at Planned Parenthood of Northeast Florida. She is University of Florida trained and a certified instructor by the Florida Department of Health. As lead health educator for the past 12 years, she has been responsible for all education programming, management of staff and Teen Advocates and a community ambassador for positive sexual health.

Frieda currently serves on the board of directors for JASMYN ( Jacksonville Area Sexual Minority Youth Network). She is the founder of PFLAG of Jacksonville (Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays). Frieda has received numerous awards for her community education efforts including: Special Community Service Award from the State Attorney’s Office, Fourth Judicial Court, Women in Power Award from the National Council of Jewish Women, Television Channel 12 Who Care Award for outstanding community volunteer service, and a Certificate of Appreciation in Education in Prisons from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Frieda is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and is happily married 56 years to her best friend, Leonard. She has 5 adult children and 3 grand children. Mrs. Saraga believes today's culture requires a more comprehensive & realistic approach to sexual education for teens than just the narrow focus on abstinence before marriage.
