Most Americans hate to pay federal income taxes, but are most Americans even required by law to pay them? Join Larken Rose, a man who has accused the IRS of being involved in the biggest financial fraud in history as he squares off against Jonathan Siegel, a George Washington University Law Professor on the Saturday, April 14th edition of The SoapBox Radio Show!

Larken Rose is the creator of the video, "Theft By Deception (Deciphering the Federal Income Tax)," and author of the "Taxable Income" report, both of which allege that the federal income tax, though perfectly Constitutional, is being grossly misapplied by the federal government.
Mr. Rose, a self-proclaimed "extremist" in the cause of individual liberty, volunteered himself as the "guinea pig," inviting the government to prosecute him for his conclusions regarding the tax laws, which it did. After being prohibited by the court from showing the jury his video, or his report, or his websites, or the transcripts of his meetings with the IRS, or the dozens of letters he sent to government officials, he was found guilty, and spent just over a year in a federal prison "camp." (An appeal is pending.) Mr. Rose, now back at home with his wife, Tessa, and daughter, Elyssa, in a small suburb of Philadelphia, says he has no intention of remaining silent about what he believes to be the biggest financial fraud in history.
